In case the cancellation occurs less than 10 working days before the scheduled date of the event, the space reserves the right to claim payment of the full amount agreed for the rental of the room. In all other cases, the space reserves the right to keep the deposit or to invoice an amount corresponding to 50% of the agreed amount for the rental of the room if no down payment has been previously paid.
