Meeting room - Paris 75010 -Rue de Rocroy- Gare du Nord - Room "HOPPER" - 30 people max

Modern with a rectangular shape, this room of 34 M² is perfectly conceived for all your presentations. Indeed, ideally situated in the basement (soundproof room and without window), you can realize your presentations in a peaceful and quit atmosphere. It will welcome up to 30 people.

For any additional request:
Catering, drinks, welcome drink, meal trays, business meals, buffets, cocktails, breakfasts, sandwiches
Please specify this in the box "special request".
The client may not bring any beverages or food from outside the premises.

The Client must pay particular attention to the cancellation policy exposed in the following : Complete or partial cancellations of the initial reservation must be addressed in writing. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. The following delays apply to working days.
•  For events taking place in less than 15 days
Any cancellation will result in loss of the totality of the sum of the contract.
•  For an event scheduled to take place in more than 15 days
Any cancellation will result in the failure to reimburse 50% of the total sum of the contract.
Requests for modification of the validated quote must be addressed in writing to : ESPACES ROCROY, and within the following delays:
• -Rooms : up to 10 working days before the date of the event.
• -Meal service : up until 10 working days before the date of delivery.
• Accommodations : up until 10 working days before the date of the event.
No modifications will be validated by telephone.
Modifications will be subject to our availability at the time of the request made for modifications.
All modifications concerning accommodations which incur a modification in the type of rooms initially reserved, may result in extra fees for which the Client commits to pay to Espaces Rocroy.
All requests for modification following a reservation made in less than 10 working days before the event, may be modified 48 hours following confirmation.
Once the above mentioned deadlines are over, all requests for additional modifications will result in aditional fees at 50€ per change.
